Hey there - glad to hear that all is well w/the new job! I've been so tired lately that I didn't notice the house is slowly being taken over by small, but plentiful stacks of paper. I must become reaquainted w/my shredder soon.
And why, why, why did you post an actual recipe for funnel cakes? Lord, I hope my fear of hot grease is stronger than my love of sweet fried dough!!
I think my shredder is now buried under all the stuff that needs to be shredded.
